Shipping, returns and how to reach us

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum and no code to enter.

Everything here is printed after you order it, which is why nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing goes to waste. It also means orders take a little longer than something pulled off a shelf: expect 2 to 5 business days in production, then 3 to 8 business days in transit.

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the order leaves the print shop. If a single order contains several items they may ship separately, and you will get a tracking link for each.

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and want something, email us and we will tell you honestly what it would cost.

If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund it. Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photograph, and we will sort it out. You will not be asked to ship the faulty item back.

Because every piece is printed for you specifically, we cannot take back an item simply because a size did not work out. That is not a policy we enjoy, so please use the size guide on each product page before ordering, and email us if you are between sizes. We would rather spend five minutes helping you choose than have you stuck with a shirt you cannot wear.

Ordered the wrong size and caught it quickly? Email us straight away. If the order has not reached production yet we can usually change it.

Email is the best way to reach us, and it reaches us directly rather than a support queue. We answer within one business day, usually sooner.
